The grapes are cold fermented (Ciroc means 'snap frost') before being distilled no less than five times with the final distillation taking place in a pot-still, similar to those used in the production of whisky. Raspberries and blackberries are then infused with the liquid to make this wonderful flavoured vodka. Perfect on the rocks or as a cocktail ingredient.
