QC cream sherry is full-bodied, pale mahogany classic which makes an ideal aperitif on ice. It is great served at room temperature in traditional sherry glasses but eye-openingly good chilled and poured over crushed ice. It is a British fortified wine which has a rich dark colour and a smooth full bodied sweet taste.
